Once you see the pictures above, for those who do not know maybe they would think the athletes are using a kind of ritual of the game with their body parts adorned with a kind of paint or colored tape. Opps, you do not get me wrong first. Apparently they use it is a "magic tape". What is it?

"Duct Tape magic" is called KINESIO taping. Kinesio taping is a matter which kind of duct tape is created using high technology. First developed by a Japanese chiropractor named Dr. Kenzo Kase in the 1970s. Duct Tape is made of special material which is elastic like cotton and acrylic adhesive backing. By design the surface like a snake, it feels very sticky tape to the body of the user so that is not easily separated. Kinesio taping is also very flexible and can be worn in most parts of the body that allows us to perform a full motion.
The main function of this duct tape is to provide a stronger elasticity of the muscles that feel cramps and also protect and support muscles. Some people also use this tape to prevent possible injury due to fatigue and muscle spasms. Some experts physiology of exercise such as Dr Stewart Bruce-Low also recognizes that the use of duct tape as this can increase strength by reducing the energy lost at the same time when performing the movement.
Kinesio taping is not illegal and prohibited goods in the world of sport because it does not violate the rules. Noted several athletes and sportsmen to use this in a game they like David Bechkam, Gareth Bale (football), Venus Williams (tennis), lance armstrong (cycling), and much more.
Apart from that, now Kinesio taping has been present in the sporting world as eye-catching accessory that come adorned matches.
